Why I'm Here:
I'm a recent graduate of a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program at Yoga Salt in Wilmington, NC. My training has deepened my knowledge and love of Vinyasa style yoga. I have always been passionate about teaching the basics and fundamentals in fitness. My goal with teaching local yogis is to provide an approachable atmosphere for all ability levels. I want people to walk away from working with Sunshine and Sweat feeling longer, leaner, and positively radiant.

This is incorporated and can be tailored specifically to your goals as an athlete and build flexibility.
Prenatal Wellness
Yoga is one of the best forms of exercise during pregnancy. The ability to become in tune with your body makes labor easier.
Prenatal practice is modified to fit your growing belly and help you recover postpartum.
